This wine is made from 30 year old vines established in the rich red loam and limestone soils of the Watervale region, in the heart of the Clare Valley.
This wine can be enjoyed young and fresh and it can also be cellared. Through cellaring it will develop notes of honey and toast, which will complement the fruity crispness of the wine.
