The soil is sandy clay-loam over a broken quartz, producing bright lifted aromas of orange blossom and hints of flint.
The palate is citrus with some peach and tropical notes, followed by a very characteristic minerality.
With crisp and electric acidity, the palate is left refreshed and eager to continue.
