Machine-harvested at night, cool fermentation of clean juice. The flowery, citrus-accented bouquet leads into a lively, fresh and juicy palate, lime and crisp acidity powering the long finish. Lovely wine.
And the 2016 Watervale Riesling was awarded 91 points.
